1. Ordering via mstrwatches.nl


By accepting these terms and conditions and placing an order, you agree to the conditions mentioned. As soon as we receive your order, we will notify you by e-mail. If we are unable to fulfil the order, we will contact you and offer you the opportunity to cancel your order.


All prices shown are in Euro (EUR) and include VAT. Meister Nederland reserves the right to adjust prices at any time. The prices mentioned are binding and the adjustment of these prices will not be communicated.

Please note: If you place an order from or intended for outside of the European Union, local costs can be invoiced such as; import costs and other taxes. These costs will vary per country and region. These costs are borne by the customer.

Payment methods:

We accept payments through, among others, the following payment methods; Bank transfer, Credit card and Paypal. All information is secured with SSL to prevent unauthorized access. We do not store payment details when an order is completed.

2. Returns and Warranty

Right to return:

After receiving the order, you have 14 days to return it. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for the return. Return shipments must be returned in their original condition (both packaging and the product itself). Upon receipt of the package, Meister Nederland reserves the right to inspect it for damage and traces of usage. If we receive the order back in good condition, we will transfer the purchase amount within 14 days. In case of damage, traces or missing parts, part of the purchase price can be deducted.


Meister watches have a 2-year warranty, from the purchase date and with a valid proof of purchase. Under the warranty; the movement, hands and dial. If these parts are defective within 2 years, they will be replaced free of charge. All watches will be inspected, to determine if the defect by the material or workmanship comes under normal use.

Meister reserves the right to replace the product with an equivalent model of equivalent quality. Since our watches are made in limited numbers, we cannot guarantee that we can deliver exactly the same model. In this kind of exceptional cases, we will choose a replacement model of equivalent value together with the customer.

The following parts are not covered by the warranty;

– Battery
– Housing
– Glass
– Strap (Steel, leather or rubber including closures)

Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, lack of reasonable care and modifications or repairs by an unauthorized party will also void the warranty.

3. Shipping

All orders are shipped with DPD. We strive to process and ship all orders placed before 14:00 on working days, the same day. Typical transit times of 3 to 4 days apply, depending on the destination throughout the European Union. Once an order has been processed, a confirmation email is sent with the tracking link and information.

4. Privacy Policy

Meister Nederland handles personal information carefully, in line with the Personal Data Protection Act (Wbp). Data is only used for handling orders and offering the best possible service. Data will never be shared with third parties and all information will be stored encrypted.

5. Safety

Meister Nederland uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) to protect personal data against leaks and misuse. Credit Card payments are processed via Mollie to ensure security. Meister Nederland pays a lot of attention to the security of the website and will always handle data carefully.

6. Copyright

All images, illustrations, films, texts and comments shown on www.mstrwatches.nl are copyrighted. Only with written permission, these parts may be used by third parties. Adjustments and / or reproduction of this material is strictly forbidden at all times.

7. Complaints procedure

Complaints can always be reported to MSTR Netherlands via the customer service page.

MSTR Nederland has a sufficiently publicized complaints procedure and handles the complaint in accordance with this complaints procedure.

Complaints about the execution of the agreement must be submitted to MSTR Nederland within a reasonable time after the consumer has discovered the defects, fully and clearly described and preferably provided with a clear photo.

Complaints submitted to MSTR Nederland will be answered within a period of 14 days from the date of receipt. If a complaint requires a foreseeable longer processing time, MSTR Nederland will answer within the period of 14 days with a message of receipt and an indication when the consumer can expect a more detailed answer.

The consumer must give MSTR Nederland at least 4 weeks to resolve the complaint in mutual consultation. After this period, a dispute arises that is subject to dispute resolution.
